How can global food security, safety und quality be secured by sustainable
use and processing of limited natural resources? This is the question behind research
and education at D-AGRL.
The mission statement contains our present and future targets whereas an overview of actual research project can by obtained via institutes and professorships.
D-AGRL is responsible for the Bachelor programs in agricultural and food science and the Master programs in agroecosystems and food science. Full information on the programs is available here.
